Fuss Free AC is looking for a Full Time Account Manager with 5+ years’ experience in HVAC, Dispatch, and Logistics to join the team and our growing company!

We Offer : Great pay based on experience : $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities :

• Create and prepare material estimates and cost estimates for the product or service of HVAC for the clients.
• Email estimates to the client for approval and follow up on estimates for approval.
• Make outbound calls to confirm approval of estimates to start and complete appointments.
• Make sure all estimates are approved by clients and calls are scheduled by appropriate technicians; update clients as needed of technicians' ETA.
• Maintain scheduled calls on the Dispatch board, making sure that all calls are scheduled by appropriate technicians and update customers as needed of technicians ETA.
• Provide Fast, Friendly, and Fun customer service to both internal and external customers, vendors, and clients.
• Communicate with clients and other departments via email, text message, and phone.
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages to close out calls for technicians and sales.
• Manage clients’ concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
• Find solutions to problems.
• Help with projects as needed.
• Other assigned duties as directed by management.
