Position Summary : As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Reverse and Redistribution team within CVS Health Supply Chain. This position focuses on reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting to drive operational efficiency and profitability. You will oversee multiple projects, manage existing programs, and deliver actionable insights that help reduce write-offs, protect margins, and ensure timely removal of items from the network. This is a hybrid role out of Woonsocket, Rhode Island (days / frequency flexible).

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting, trend analysis, and ad hoc reporting to support team objectives
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for process and system issues
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor performance and execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, store and DC networks to identify solutions and implement process improvements
• Act as the primary point of contact for field communications and Help Desk escalations
• Maintain daily / weekly tasks related to reverse redistribution initiative programs scaled to chain
• Monitor metrics to identify trends, recommend solutions, and improve execution rates for return processes

Pay Range : The typical pay range for this role is : $46,988.00 - $112,200.00
