Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance according to repair orders and department standards
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic equipment to identify concerns
• Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
• Communicate findings and additional service needs with Service Advisors
• Provide accurate time estimates for repairs
• Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• Prior automotive technician experience required
• Diagnostics, electrical, engine repair is a plus
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate diagnostic equipment
• Must have finished at least High School.
• Valid driver’s license
• GM, Cummins, and/or Isuzu experience preferred (not required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $55 per flag hour
• Up to $10,000 signing bonus and relocation assistance (based on experience)
