Sr. Software Engineer

Job Description: Involved with software development for the iPro Anesthesia application. Design, develop & deploy high performance mobile web apps using C#, .NET MVC, JavaScript frameworks (Bootstrap, jQuery, Angular, Knockout, and other frontend JavaScript libraries). Perform User Interface Design for Mobile form factors (iPhone, iPad, Android Phones and tablets). Collab with stakeholders, product owners/development team members to achieve business results. Analyze acceptance criteria and provide feedback to the product owner and delivery team. Work on improving performance of source code using industry standard methodologies. Participate in industry and other professional networks. Provide support to business users to assist with day-to-day production activities. Participate in programming activities, peer review, evaluating system performance, and UI designs. Telecommuting Permitted.

Job Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical/ Computer/ Mechanical) or closely related field, plus 5 years of software development experience. Alternatively, this position requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical/ Computer/ Mechanical) or closely related field, plus 3 years of software development experience. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with: (1) Developing various Enterprise based Client/Server-side applications using Microsoft .NET and other technologies like C#, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, Web Services, ASP.NET MVC 4/5, REST, SOAP, .Net Framework, .Net Core Framework, AngularJS, Angular 8.0.; (2) HTML and CSS, including HTML5 and CSS3. (3) Building/managing Web Apps using ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC. (4) Using LINQ for data retrieval, CRUD operations, data filtering & sorting. (5) Database programming, designing, modeling and development using SQL Server. Generate reports using SSRS. (6) AngularJS and Angular 8.0 controllers, directives, components, factory and service resources, routings, and events. (7) Git, GitHub and Team Foundation Server.
