Program Manager

Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Innovation & Renovation department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and strategic thinking, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : St Louis, MO - Hybrid

Duration : 6+ Months with highly possible extension / Conversion

What's the Job?

Lead and manage complex projects across multiple disciplines, including product innovation, renovation, and digital device launches.

Mobilize project resources and onboard new team members to ensure seamless project execution.

Develop, control, and monitor end-to-end project plans to meet organizational goals.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives efficiently and effectively.

Manage risks, handle changes proactively, and facilitate fast decision-making processes.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years of multi-discipline project management experience, preferably in CPG or Pharma sectors.

Experience managing portfolios or programs is desirable.

Knowledge of project management software such as Smartsheet is preferred.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and process compliance skills.
