Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate ABA Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and oversight of individualized ABA programs, mentor interventionists and families, and ensure high-quality therapeutic services for children with Autism and other developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for in-home ABA services

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

Train and mentor parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior intervention strategies

Provide ongoing supervision through regular home visits and parent consultations

Create effective data-collection systems and support interventionists with reporting

Analyze data, evaluate client progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed

Prepare high-quality assessment reports and progress documentation

Facilitate case team meetings to ensure consistency and excellence in care

Collaborate with fellow supervisors and the Clinical Director during clinical meetings

Required Qualifications

Active BCBA certification

Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Science, Education, Child Development, or a related field

Experience working with children on the Autism spectrum

Strong background supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and / or behavioral challenges

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
