Key Responsibilities
Own performance tracking across all marketing touchpoints, including digital and paid media
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for actionable insights
Analyze campaign performance and audience behavior to identify trends and optimize strategies
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics or performance marketing
Proven AVP-level experience with the ability to influence strategy
Deep curiosity and passion for understanding performance metrics
Comfortable working across multiple platforms and datasets
Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus
