A company is looking for a Tech Lead / Manager (React, TypeScript, PWA offline-mode).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of engineers, focusing on hiring, coaching, and performance management

Architect scalable applications using React and NodeJS, and design offline-first PWA capabilities

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

7+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role

Expert-level proficiency with NodeJS and frameworks like NestJS

Strong front-end experience with React and modern JavaScript

Experience with SQL databases and agile development environments
