Responsibilities : Conducting end-to-end review and preparation of business and personal tax returns for small business clients, from initial client consultation to return delivery and filing Facilitating client communication and building relationships Orchestrating the tax database for efficient and accurate updates Recording precise tax entries into our accounting software Applying and integrating tax reduction strategies Preparing and / or reviewing financial statements Qualifications : A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Tax Preparation Demonstrable experience as a Tax Professional / Bookkeeper Fundamental understanding of the tax code for individuals and small businesses Mandatory credentials : licensed tax preparer, EA, or CPA Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping procedures Experience with QuickBooks accounting software High computer literacy, exemplary numerical skills, and exceptional attention to detail Compensation : $56,000
