Senior Tax Associate

Birmingham, Alabama

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Federal and state corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns
  • Perform technical tax research on a variety of Federal, state, and international tax topics
  • Prepare income tax provisions for corporate taxpayers under ASC 740

Requires

  • 2 - 4 years of experience including experience in public accounting
  • 2+ years of experience with preparing corporate tax returns.
  • BA / BS degree in Accounting or Masters degree in Accounting or Taxation
  • CPA or Enrolled Agent preferred
  • Prefer experience in the manufacturing and distribution industries
  • Prefer CCH Axcess experience
