A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist II to manage administrative onboarding tasks for new employees.
Key Responsibilities
Perform administrative onboarding functions including I-9 Form completion, background checks, and reference verifications
Review and validate medical documentation for compliance with employment and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to address onboarding challenges and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
One (1) plus years of experience in a related field
Equivalent combination of education and / or experience may be considered
