[job_card.job_description]Estimating FDOT civil and public utility projects from front to back Performing detailed quantity takeoffs Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and municipalities to validate scope and pricing Reading and interpreting FDOT specs, standards, and utility plans Building estimates you can defend — with clarity, detail, and confidence 5+ years of experience in civil construction estimating (utility focus) Strong command of FDOT / municipal specs, bid procedures, and pay items Experience estimating storm, sewer, water, lift stations, force mains Proficiency preferred in softwares : Bid2Win / HCSS, Bluebeam, Planswift, Heavy Bid, Agtek Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal Organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven Prefer local candidates or those relocating specifically to West Palm Beach. This is an on-site role.
