International Bank seeks a bilingual Japanese Implementation Manager at Global Transaction Banking Department (GTBD). GTBD provides various online banking solutions to corporate clients, including payment / collection services, liquidity management, trade financing, FX, etc. Not only promoting products or providing advice to corporate clients but also focusing on product development and planning to enhance services and products. GTBD liaises with its H.O. in Tokyo and various product departments, serving as the hub function for all cash and treasury management products and services in the US market, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil, and providing support to Japanese and US corporate clients.
Principal Responsibilities :
- Implementation of online banking system to corporate customers
- Confirm customer's subscribing services and settings using variety of systems
- Communicate with customer to clarify their needs for CMS and each services
- Handling CMS related service agreements and registration forms
- Assist customers for initial setup and testing
- Provide initial training to customers for online services
- Create a log for received agreements and store it for internal record
- Provide support to customers and troubleshoot CMS related issues
- Update user manuals
- Participation in Product Development and Upgrading of CMS related Services
- Provide support for creating / modifying workflows and procedures of the services
- Maintain and update lists for possible future upgrade / enhancements
- Participate in User testing
- Administrative Duties
- Update CMS product related customer data and lists
- Support Sales Team by providing customer registration information
- Provide statistics such as number of contracts related to on-line services
- Conduct CMS fee related administrative duties
- Update internal manuals and workflows
Requirements :
Business level proficiency in English & Japanese requiredBachelor degree or higherAbility to quickly learn and handle technical systemsHands-on and positive can-do work attitude towards internal process complexity3 to 5 years relevant work experience within financial, IT systems or related industryStrong computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint to support online banking activities for corporate activitiesPrior knowledge of transaction banking and financial products is preferredGood organizational and analytical skillsAbility to work with staff of all levels in multi-cultural environmentBenefits : Good benefits
