Project Manager (Procurement)

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support high-impact initiatives across indirect procurement and vendor operations. Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $30–35 per hour W2

• Manage and execute project plans supporting third-party contract remediation initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met

• Review and validate contracts for accuracy, required compliance elements, and supporting documentation

• Act as a primary liaison for category leaders and cross-functional partners across multiple time zones

• Coordinate with legal, finance, security, and procurement teams to gather documentation and escalate risks or gaps

• Support financial tracking, procurement workflows, and reporting while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity

• Experience supporting projects within procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or contract administration environments

• Working knowledge of contract lifecycle management, third-party risk documentation, and compliance requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholder levels

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Familiarity with procurement tools such as Workday Sourcing, Coupa, or Aravo is a plus
