The Children’s SPOT, Inc. is currently in search of an RBT who is looking to be part of a professional, passionate, and expanding organization. The RBT is an hourly employee and will be assigned a caseload based on experience. We are currently looking for RBTs to work in the clinic in Howard County  Monday to Friday (7 : 45 AM to 3 : 15 PM).  Our clinic provides a transdisciplinary approach that includes speech and occupational therapy along with ABA, to help our clients succeed and reach their greatest potential. Hours : 20-30 hours per week

Pay : $24 / hr to $27 / hr.

Minimal Experience :

• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), will not consider applicants who do not hold this certification.
• RBTs should understand natural environment teaching strategies and have experience with children from 18 months to 6 years old.
• Have experience collecting data
• Candidates should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, and effectively collaborate with others.
• Completing session notes.
