What You Will Do :

  • Guide and grow your banquet team through coaching training and keeping energy high (even when the coffee runs low).
  • Lead day-to-day operations and performance management with a people-first mindset and a commitment to excellence.
  • Partner with sales culinary and events teams to flawlessly execute each eventbecause teamwork makes the dream work.
  • Balance budgets like a banquet ninjamanaging labor supplies and revenue opportunities with precision.
  • Keep things sparkling (literally and figuratively) ensuring a clean safe and guest-wowing environment.

    • What We Are Looking For :

  • Customer service experiencebecause happy guests are the heart of hospitality.
  • At least 1 year of banquet food service experience and a minimum of 6 months in a supervisory rolewe need someone whos seen a plated dinner or two.
  • Leadership potential or experienceyoure not afraid to guide a team and step in where needed.
  • Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days)because safety is always in style.
  • Physical staminathis role includes lifting bending walking and standing during your entire shift.
