Outside Sales Representative

Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest growing rental business in North America, is seeking full-time, Outside Sales Representatives to cover a territory in and around the Seattle or Redmond, WA area. You will be responsible for generating profitable business from the range of equipment that your profit center specializes in. You will do this by developing your assigned territory, implementing sales plans to grow business and maintain current customer base, and by helping to build the national Sunbelt branding identity.

We offer:

• Base pay of $40,000/year, plus robust, uncapped commission plan. Successful first year Outside Sales Representatives can make $80,000 - $100,000+ per year. Average commission can be $2,000 - $4,000+/month.

Requirements:

• Can work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship
• At least 1 year of outside sales experience with experience growing a sales territory
• Able to work independently and structure your day to meet your sales goals with minimal manager input
• Sourcing, cold calling, and sales closing skills
• Familiar with the areas in and around Seattle or Redmond, WA
• Knowledge of construction solutions, rental equipment, or specialty industrial equipment preferred (but not required) and willingness to learn job site safety and etiquette
• Comfortable navigating active construction sites in person, in a safe manner, as part of your job
• At least 21 years of age
• Solid computer skills
