About the Role

The Company is seeking a Dean for its Graduate Studies. The role requires a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges of graduate students and programs, as well as the ability to foster a supportive and inclusive academic environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in academic administration, including program development, budget management, and faculty supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with a diverse community of students, faculty, and staff.
