What matters most

To excel as a Maintenance & Electrical Technician at Schwartz Farms, Inc., you'll need a diverse skill set that includes : a strong foundation in general mechanical skills such as carpentry, welding, electrical work, plumbing, and concrete experience. Your ability to lead, communicate effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be key to success. Previous experience in plumbing, painting, machine servicing, electrical work, or vehicle maintenance is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A clean driving record, familiarity with electrical circuits and wiring, knowledge of local electrical codes, and the ability to operate hand and power tools are essential.
