Position Details :

Title : Outpatient Physical Therapist

Location : Lakewood Ranch, FL

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday Friday, 7 : 45 AM 5 : 00 PM

Classification : Exempt

Salary Range : $73,000 $95,000 / year (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus : $2,000 total paid in $500 installments every 3 months

Employment Type : Permanent, Direct Hire

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our outpatient clinic. You ll work with a diverse patient population, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients achieve their recovery goals in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

What You ll Do :

Evaluate and assess patient needs and goals

Develop customized treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic techniques

Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and home exercise programs

Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications :

Doctorate or Bachelor s / Master s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Active Florida PT license (or eligibility)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required
