A company is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to support their ABA team in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee scheduling workflows and service initiation for new clients

Manage pairing requests, staffing updates, and confirm service appointments

Coordinate with various departments to support staff and improve scheduling efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Experience in ABA scheduling or clinical coordination (highly preferred)

Ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions

Strong reasoning and decision-making abilities

Professional communication and appearance
