About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Psych RN in Grand Rapids, Michigan, 49548!

• Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care in collaboration with interdisciplinary team
• Provide a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff
• Administer meds, monitor patient safety, and document per policy
• Support patient / family education and discharge planning
• Act as charge RN when assigned
