California Licensed Operations Director

A company is looking for an Associate Operations Director - Organ Recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Provide oversight for organ recovery clinical operations and ensure regulatory compliance

Lead operational decision-making during high-acuity organ recovery events

Develop workflows and strategies to enhance the organ recovery program and drive business growth

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Allied Health, Healthcare Administration, Biological Sciences, or related field

3-5 years of experience in transplantation, OPO operations, or clinical operations

Operational leadership experience with a focus on performance improvement

Master's degree in a relevant field preferred

In-depth knowledge of organ procurement and UNOS / OPTN standards
