[job_card.job_description]Planning and scheduling : Create, maintain, and execute detailed production schedules for medical kits, aligning with demand, product, and project timelines. Material coordination : Ensure timely availability of all raw materials and components by coordinating with suppliers and monitoring delivery schedules to meet production needs. Production execution : Monitor the production flow from start to finish, ensuring work orders are completed on time and within budget. Problem-solving : Identify and address potential production disruptions, such as delays or material shortages, to keep the process on track. Compliance and safety : Ensure all production activities adhere to company health, safety, and other relevant policies and procedures. Performance and improvement : Track production status, report on issues, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs. Cross-functional collaboration : Liaise with other departments, such as supply chain, manufacturing, and project management, to align plans and ensure overall success. Production planning / scheduling experience : Previous experience in planning and scheduling, ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment. Supply chain knowledge : Understanding of how to manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Analytical skills : Ability to analyze demand forecasts, production capacity, and schedules to create realistic and achievable plans. Organizational skills : Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and complex schedules. Problem-solving : Capacity to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve production issues. Communication skills : Ability to communicate effectively with various teams and management to report on status and coordinate activities. Attention to detail : Meticulous approach to managing schedules and a large number of components.
Important : Full-time on-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Our diverse line of products includes military and law enforcement medical kits to home, travel, and public access medical kits. We also produce a wide range of procedure specific medical modules. Chinooks staff consists of industry experts who specialize in designing trusted solutions for any emergency medical need.
The Medical Kit Production Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the production of medical kits to ensure materials are available and production runs efficiently, meeting deadlines and budgets . Key duties include creating and managing production schedules, coordinating with suppliers for material arrival, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and identifying and resolving production disruptions. The role requires a strong understanding of demand, supply, and production workflows, along with skills in problem-solving and cost management.
