Job Title : Electro Mechanical Assembler

Pay : $16 per hour

Hours : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

What You'll Do :

As an Electro Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for :

Following detailed work orders and assembly instructions meticulously.

Performing hands-on, repetitive assembly of electrical and mechanical components with precision.

Organizing and maintaining your workstation, ensuring materials are readily available for assembly.

Using basic tools and sonic welding equipment to solder, wire, and align small parts accurately.

Labeling and preparing completed parts for the next step in production.

Collaborating closely with your teammates to ensure smooth operations.

What You'll Bring :

The ideal candidate will possess :

Previous experience in assembly, production, or any repetitive work (any industry).

Comfort with small parts, tools, and basic chemicals such as acetone and Loctite.

Good color recognition for working with various wire colors.

Reliability and consistency — we value team members who show up ready to contribute every day.

Soldering or mechanical / electrical experience is a plus (we are willing to train the right candidate!).

Strong attention to detail and basic math skills (a diploma is not necessary if you have the skills!).

Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Location & Schedule :

This position is on-site in Salem, OR, and offers a day shift with hours from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM .
