Complete transfers for payment date processing Process account disbursements and receipts Process incoming mail Open accounts on the trust accounting system Responsible for responding to audit confirmation requests Responsible for document retention and filing Assist with preparation of RFP materials Responsible for certain reconciliation reporting Set up and maintenance of promissory notes Assemble committee meeting materials Assist with special projects Other duties as assigned Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position Assist with other job related duties and special projects as assigned. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Constant use of computer screens. Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear. Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching. Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday.
