Associate Civil Engineer

We are seeking an Associate Civil Engineer to join our Water Resources department. This position offers a hybrid work schedule. We are looking for individuals who are committed to continuous learning and expanding their expertise. Associates play a vital role in achieving the companys goals while supporting business development.

Salary Range : $83200 - $133200

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the planning design and construction of water and wastewater projects including pipelines pump stations reservoirs and treatment facilities
  • Produce plans and specifications for water and wastewater projects
  • Assist with engineering reports alignment and feasibility studies preliminary design reports and Master Plans
  • Perform hydraulic modeling for water and sewer systems
  • Coordinate engineering tasks during project construction including permitting submittal reviews survey coordination and change order review
  • Design mechanical projects such as pump and lift stations wells and treatment facilities including site grading plans
  • Support multiple design teams and Project Managers

Requirements :

  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with two years of related project experience
  • Possession of PE license
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on multiple concurrent projects
  • Knowledge of planning and construction documents
  • Ability to read and adapt to local agency standards and communicate effectively with agencies and clients
