Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

What Youll Do

As a valued member of our therapy team you will :

Deliver high-quality physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist

Support the patients Plan of Care and report changes in condition to the supervising PT

Ensure care aligns with state practice guidelines and physician orders

Help patients achieve measurable progress toward their mobility and independence goals

Teach patients and caregivers how to safely use assistive devices

Provide education on therapy-related home exercise programs

Promote Elara Carings mission values and commitment to excellence

Work in a physical hands-on environment that requires lifting and mobility

Work occasional irregular or on-call hours as needed

What Were Looking For

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Current unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice

At least 6 months of PTA experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply!)

Reliable transportation valid drivers license and auto insurance

Willingness to travel within the service area (up to 50%)

Ability to lift 50100 lbs and perform physical tasks related to patient care
