Michigan Licensed School Social Worker

A company is looking for a Social Worker - MSW - Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct assessments of students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs, collaborating with teachers and parents

Develop and implement individualized intervention plans and provide direct counseling services to students

Serve as a liaison between the school, families, and community resources, and participate in IEP meetings

Required Qualifications :

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program

Valid state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Michigan

Previous experience providing social work services in a school or pediatric setting

Knowledge of social work theories and interventions relevant to children and adolescents

Experience in teletherapy or online counseling (preferred)
