As a Security Officer - Shopping Mall Patrol Driver in Aiea, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail or mall locations, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with visitors and staff. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the retail or mall environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe and report any unusual circumstances.

Support access control measures by monitoring entrances and exits as needed.

Document and communicate security-related incidents and observations according to established procedures.

Assist with crowd management and help to maintain order during busy periods or special events at the location.

Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and location staff to address security-related concerns and provide a visible presence.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
