Moveworks Conversational AI Engineer
Location : Bay Area, CA (Onsite preferred) — Remote considered
Type : Contract
We are hiring a Moveworks Developer / Engineer for one of our premier consulting clients. This role focuses on building and optimizing AI-powered conversational agents that automate employee support across IT, HR, and business functions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance AI-driven bots using the Moveworks platform
- Configure intents, entities, and NLU models for high accuracy
- Build conversational flows to automate IT / HR / Finance use cases
- Integrate Moveworks with platforms like ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, and Jira
- Develop backend services using Python or Node.js
- Monitor bot performance and implement continuous improvements
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on requirements
- Troubleshoot bot logic, integrations, and platform issues
