Who You Are
As a Product Manager you wont just manage products; youll shape the future of Silas groundbreaking battery materials. Youll operate at the critical intersection of market demand customer needs and our advanced R&D and engineering capabilities. Your primary objective will be to translate a visionary understanding of the battery landscape into tangible product roadmaps driving the most impactful development decisions for our next-generation materials.

You excel at providing strategic clarity and direction adeptly synthesizing diverse data points into actionable insights. An exceptional communicator and active listener you possess a profound passion for Silas technology and its potential to revolutionize the energy storage sector.
Responsibilities and Duties
Cultivate deep strategic relationships with key customers (OEMs and cell manufacturers) to intimately understand their evolving technical requirements performance gaps and future material needs.
Translate complex OEM / cell maker requirements (in their final form factors) into precise internal test protocols and success metrics that can be rigorously evaluated within Silas labs and with development partners.
Strategically prioritize internal development initiatives balancing company priorities critical customer needs and current Sila technology gaps.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions
The starting base pay for this role is between $151000 and $191000 at the time of posting. The actual base pay depends on many factors such as education experience and skills. Base pay is only one part of Silas competitive Total Rewards package that can include benefits perks equity and bonuses.
