ABOUT THE ROLE

The Partnerships Associate will play a key role in supporting Fast Forward's growing network of corporate and foundation partners. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, this person will help deliver on partner commitments, coordinate impact storytelling, and ensure that each partner has a seamless, high-quality experience.

You'll track key milestones, prepare partner-ready updates, help organize meetings and briefings, and keep internal teams aligned on what each partnership requires. Your work ensures every partner has a polished, reliable, and thoughtful experience with Fast Forward.

This role is a strong fit for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, loves keeping complex workstreams organized, and wants to build deep experience in mission driven partnerships.

This is a full time, in office role based in the Presidio in San Francisco, CA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner Stewardship

• Deliver an excellent partnership experience for Fast Forward's partners
• Support the Strategic Partnerships team in day-to-day relationship management for foundation and corporate partners.
• Draft and prepare stewardship materials including monthly Investor Update, annual and interim grant reports, as well as event summaries.
• Prepare customized materials to engage partners and their employees (i.e. partnership guides and example volunteer recruiting language)
• Help coordinate employee engagement efforts with partner companies and tech nonprofits
• Support Programs team on key events with strategic partners, including Demo Days - from invite strategy and outreach to day-of support

COMPENSATION

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000 - negotiable depending on experience.
