Job Title : Technical Lead AWS Backend Developer

Dallas TX Based Only (Attend the office 3 days / week)

We can consider candidates for the Lead Backend Developer role who have strong experience in Node.js and AWS, even if they lack prior exposure to Amazon Connect. Training on Amazon Connect can be provided as required.

Role Summary :

As a Technical Lead Amazon Connect Developer or Amazon Developer, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and its ecosystem. You'll serve as a technical owner for voice architecture, IVR / contact flows, CTI integrations, and analytics, often collaborating with cross-functional teams including CRM, data, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Design

• Own the technical roadmap for Amazon Connect implementations.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient contact center solutions.
• Lead migration from legacy platforms (e.g., Genesys, LivePerson) to Amazon Connect.
• Lead a scrum team of junior and senior developers
