Legal Translator and Editor

A company is looking for a Punjabi to / from English - Legal Translator, Editor, and / or Transcriber (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate translation, editing, and transcription of legal documents and audio files

Edit legal documents and audio transcriptions, ensuring proper use of legal terminology

Review and certify the quality of other translators' work as needed

Required Qualifications

U.S. citizenship and willingness to undergo a government background check

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

At least 3 years of experience in legal documentation and translation or editing

At least 3 years of experience in audio transcription with relevant software skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CAT tools, such as Trados
