Fire / Water Restoration Partner Opportunity

Floor Coverings International of Downtown Chicago is a premier flooring company dedicated to providing high-quality floor coverings and exceptional customer service. We offer a wide range of flooring options, including hardwood, carpet, tile, vinyl, and more, for both residential and commercial properties. Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has made us a trusted name in the industry.

We are seeking a reputable and experienced fire / water restoration company to partner with us as a referral partner. Our branch opened six months ago, this is a fantastic opportunity to get in at the ground floor as our exclusive referral partner. As our preferred restoration partner, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a trusted flooring company to offer comprehensive home improvement solutions to our clients. This partnership aims to enhance the overall customer experience by providing reliable restoration services alongside our premium flooring installations.

Responsibilities include :

  • Provide exceptional fire and water restoration services to our referred clients, including assessment, cleanup, repair, and restoration.
  • Collaborate with Floor Coverings International to ensure seamless coordination and communication for mutual clients.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, customer service, and workmanship in all restoration projects.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Offer competitive pricing and special promotions to clients referred by Floor Coverings International.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to Floor Coverings International regarding referred client projects and satisfaction levels.

Requirements include :

  • Proven experience in the fire and water restoration industry with a strong track record of customer satisfaction.
  • Proper licensing and certifications required to operate as a restoration contractor in Chicago, IL.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and safety practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and our team.
  • Commitment to high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adequate insurance coverage to protect both your business and our mutual clients.
