Registered Nurse (RN) | Endoscopy Location : Austin, TX Agency : Cynet Health Pay : $1,852 per week Shift Information : Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration : 13 Weeks Start Date : ASAP About the Position Job Title : RN - Endoscopy Profession : Registered Nurse Specialty : Endoscopy Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Monday - Thursday Hours per Shift : 6 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM Experience : Minimum 1 year License : Active RN License Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have : ERCP experience Complex GI experience Description : This position is for an RN in an Endoscopy unit. The contract duration is for 13 weeks. The scheduled shift is Monday to Thursday, from 6 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM. Call is required for 7-10 days per month. The unit has 3 procedural rooms. There is a total of 9 staff members including 4 techs and 4 nurses. The patient ratio is 1 : 1. The unit utilizes Medivators and Meditech for equipment and EMR. Preferred qualifications include experience with bronchoscopy and ION robot. Typical procedures performed include colonoscopy, ERCP, EGD, EBUS, and bronch. The ideal candidate should have an easy-going and flexible personality. Scrub colors should be ciel blue or navy for nurses. The unit values positive attitudes and teamwork.
