Position Overview

The Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing the tax compliance and planning functions within the organization. This role involves managing income tax processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing strategic tax advice to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and review of income tax returns for individuals and entities.
  • Manage and coordinate tax compliance projects to ensure timely and accurate filings.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advice to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI).
  • Review and analyze tax regulations and legislation to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning.
  • Ideally have CPA or looking to complete it
  • Strong knowledge of income tax regulations and compliance processes.
  • Experience with 1040 tax returns is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
