Licensed General Counsel

A company is looking for a General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the chief legal advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on corporate governance and regulatory matters

Lead and negotiate complex transactions including project finance deals and commercial contracts

Oversee regulatory compliance and manage outside counsel across various legal specialties

Required Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

10+ years of broad legal experience, particularly in complex transactional work

Experience supporting high-growth, technology-driven, or capital-intensive businesses

Strong understanding of securities law and corporate governance

Interest in cryptocurrencies and renewable energy is required; experience is preferred
