As an LTAC RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care through comprehensive assessment, intervention, and evaluation. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to create effective care plans that promote optimal outcomes and continuity of care.

Key responsibilities include :

• Administering medications and managing complex medical equipment such as chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines.
• Monitoring, implementing, and evaluating patient statuses to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Providing guidance and supervision to clinical support staff to foster a collaborative environment.
