A highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm in Bellevue, WA is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their growing team. This is a top-compensation opportunity for a litigation professional who excels in handling complex plaintiff matters and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of plaintiff-side experience supporting attorneys in medical malpractice, personal injury, and premises liability cases. This role requires strong knowledge of Washington state court rules and the ability to file documents across multiple counties.

What You Will Do

• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial documents
• File legal documents accurately in various Washington counties
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and attorney schedules
• Organize medical records, exhibits, expert files, and trial preparation materials
• Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and courts
• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including mediation and trial
