The VP of Catering, Events and Programing Operations is a strategic leader responsible for elevating catering performance across all Aimbridge properties. This role drives profitability, innovation, and guest satisfaction through process optimization, SOP development, and cross-functional collaboration.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong leadership capabilities, strategic foresight, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in the banquet and catering space within hotel environments and has a proven track record in creating compelling, profitable events. They are skilled in developing and managing program budgets, allocating resources efficiently, and leading cross-functional teamswhile bringing creativity and vision to every initiative.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 10+ years in catering / event ops within luxury / lifestyle hospitality.
• Proven multi-property leadership and strong F&B financial acumen.
• Expertise in SOPs, systems, and process improvement.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
• Deep knowledge of catering sales cycles and guest experience design.
• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.
• Ability to set clear goals, KPIs, and manage expectations.
• Comfortable with C-suite engagement and high-profile clients.
• Experience securing high-value events and strategic partnerships.
• Talent development and team performance management.
• Proficiency in digital / event marketing and data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel; polished, professional demeanor.
