We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This Contract to permanent position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The role involves providing essential administrative support while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in all aspects of the work.
Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling of appointments and maintain organized calendars.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Handle inbound calls and direct them appropriately while maintaining professionalism.
• Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Support general administrative duties, including filing, organizing, and record-keeping.
• Act as a receptionist, welcoming visitors and managing front desk operations.• Proven experience in administrative roles, demonstrating reliability and efficiency.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks.
• Strong skills in Excel and Office applications.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
