Focus Salon is a locally owned small business in the Highlands Neighborhood of Louisville, KY. We strive to provide professional, intentional and thought out services to our guests. Focus is a LGBTQIA+ owned business and a safe space for everyone to recive services and care. We provide Haircare, Aesthetics, and Massage Services six days a week, Monday thru Saturday, on Baxter Ave directly between Oshea's and Insomnia Cookies.

We are looking for a talented Hair Stylist to join our team and provide exceptional hair styling services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in cutting, coloring, and styling hair, as well as providing excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is creative, passionate about the beauty industry, and has a strong eye for detail. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team in order to create stunning hairstyles for our clients.

Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Keep up with current trends in hair styling and coloring techniques.
• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and perming.
• Keep work area clean and sanitary.
• Recommend hair care products and services to customers.
• Maintain a professional attitude with clients and colleagues.
