Job Title: RN Med Surg
Location: Kansas City MO
Shifts Available: Days & Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Local Pay Rate: $30.04 $41.50/hr (based on experience)
Differentials: Nights $4.00/hr Weekends $4.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30000 (Nights 2 yr commitment) $10000 (Days 2 yr commitment)
Relocation: Case-by-case basis

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (Med Surg) for an exciting opportunity in Kansas City MO.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and follow disease-specific protocols
Develop evaluate and modify individualized care plans to optimize outcomes
Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed care team staff
Maintain accurate documentation of clinical care and patient progress
Educate patients and families regarding conditions treatments and supportive care needs
Support physical and emotional well-being tailored to patient age and conditions

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (does not need to be recent)
ADN/ASN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
Active Missouri RN license or Compact RN license
AHA BLS certification required upon hire
Strong communication patient-care and teamwork skills
Ability to work rotating weekends
