As a Virtual Boutique Sales Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to existing and potential clients who visit our websites. You will use your expertise for sales consultations via live chat, telephone and email. The Virtual Boutique Sales Professional is very knowledgeable about company merchandise and remains continuously up to date as new products are introduced. The incumbent strives to create a good impression and delivers memorable service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieves or exceeds established individual and Ecommerce sales goals
- Facilitate the processing of an Ecommerce order as needed
- Actively logs into varies workstream queues during scheduled hours
- Conduct follow up calls to existing and potential Ecommerce clients
- Delivering an exceptional client experience
- Provide the highest standard of brand representation
- Convert digital and direct contact leads into Ecommerce sale
- Continuous development of product knowledge via onsite training and e-learning modules
- Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional client experience
- Follows all company policies and procedures
