A company is looking for a Lead Developer, Payments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the software engineering team, ensuring alignment with product goals
Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions, taking ownership of technical deliverables
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their technical growth and promoting a collaborative team environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
8+ years of professional software development experience
Proven experience leading the delivery of complex software solutions in an agile environment
Strong proficiency in one or more relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, Go)
Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
