About the Role :

In this position, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location, assisting customers both in-person and virtually with Intuit TurboTax products. Your tax expertise will be invaluable in providing full-service tax return preparation, advice, calculations, and software support. It's vital to understand each customer's unique situation and build rapport to ease the stress that taxes may bring. From basic W2 filings to complex tax scenarios involving business income and investments, you will be the trusted expert for your clients.

Furthermore, you will contribute to expanding TurboTax's client base in your local community, fostering long-term relationships and enhancing customer loyalty. TurboTax will equip you with the necessary tools, resources, and support to ensure your success.

What You'll Do :

• Offer Tax Expertise : Deliver hands-on tax advice and service for TurboTax clients across a spectrum of situations ranging from personal income to complex business deductions. Uncover opportunities to optimize deductions, minimize liabilities, and provide insights for future tax planning.
• Engage as a Community Ambassador : Foster your role as a community ambassador and business owner, actively cultivating a strong customer base for TurboTax. Engage with potential clients, nurture leads, and promote TurboTax through local events.
• Educate and Communicate : Represent TurboTax confidently in your community by hosting educational events and simplifying tax concepts, making them accessible to everyone.
