[job_card.job_description]Transfer incoming trailers into loading docks and move them when emptied Switch outbound terminal trailers once they are loaded Make local pick-ups in surrounding area Replace trailers when Transport drivers leave Remove empty pallets from unloaded trailers Coordinate unloading and loading of LTL pallets Communicate with warehouse management to synchronize switches Communicate with Heavy Duty Mechanics on maintenance and repairs Wash the exterior of tractor and equipment daily Assist other drivers with loading, delivery, or pick up as needed Ability to operate a manual transmission Must possess or have the ability to obtain a doubles / triples endorsement Must possess good customer service and organizational skills Must be able to work independently and make quick decisions At least 21 years of age High school diploma or equivalent preferred Hold a valid CDL Class A driver's license with a good driving record that meets company standards Ability to pass a DOT physical Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly up to 100 pounds occasionally Full range of motion with no limits on grasping, standing, squatting, stair climbing, walking, etc. Ability to work with all types to freight which include, but are not limited to hazardous material, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), Employee Assistance Program, 401(k) Plan, Quarterly Bonuses, and more.

The corporate headquarters and main sort facility is located in St. Cloud, MN. We currently employ over 1,800 employees company wide and over the years we have expanded throughout the Midwest.
Job Summary
The CDL Class A Driver (Yard) is responsible for the coordination of incoming trailers from branches and the movement of outgoing trailers as they are loaded.
Hours and Wages
- Monday-Friday, 8 : 00PM start - completion of route
- 10-15 hours of overtime expected each week
- Paid OT at time and a half after 40 hours per week
- $23.00-$27.00 per hour, based on experience
