Location : Downtown Boston and nearby areas including North End, South End, Back Bay, Roxbury, and Fenway.\n\nSchedule : Flexible — open to 4-day or 3-day work weeks.\n\nProductivity : Standard 27–30 productivity points / week, with additional bonus pay for exceeding targets.\n\nPerformance Incentives : Annual Clinical Score Card bonuses (up to $5,000 / year for full-time clinicians).\n\nMileage Reimbursement : $0.68 / mile.\n\nLocal and travel candidates both accepted.\n\nFlexible Home Health RN opening in Boston. Local or travel candidates accepted. Open to 4-day or 3-day schedules. Prefer nurses with Home Health, OASIS, Acute, Hospice, or Skilled Nursing experience.
